These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed through the Lumaeras™ online store and related customer service interactions.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including relevant information about materials, dimensions, intended use, appearance, and other characteristics.

Because textile products may be photographed under varying lighting and displayed on different screens, slight differences in color or visual appearance may occur. Such ordinary differences do not remove a customer's rights where an item is materially different from its description.

Orders are subject to product availability and legitimate operational verification. If an ordered product cannot reasonably be supplied, we may contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

We aim to arrange prompt preparation and fast dispatch. Shipment origin may vary according to inventory and destination.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible refunds are generally issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cancellation requests may be submitted before dispatch. If dispatch has already occurred, customers may use the applicable return process after delivery.

Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information and must not use the store for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
